Upon completion of this course, the licensee will understand the ongoing changes in the mortgage qualification process and the loan programs available to borrowers. This course will enable the licensee to assist in educating consumers about mortgage programs available and assist the licensee to avoid common errors about financing.
NOTE: Except for vaccinated participants, face masks and social distancing are recommended.
All participants must certify that they meet the following criteria before entering the class:
a) You have not in the last 14 days had any close contact with anyone who is either confirmed or suspected of being infected with COVID-19, including anyone who was experiencing or displaying any of the known symptoms of COVID-19 (which are listed in item (c) below); AND
b) You have not in the last month traveled outside of the United States; AND
c)You do not currently experience or display, and you have not in the last 10 days experienced or displayed, any of the following symptoms: fever or chills; cough; shortness of breath or difficulty breathing; fatigue; muscle or body aches; headache; new loss of taste or smell; sore throat; congestion or runny nose; nausea or vomiting; diarrhea.

PARTICIPANTS MUST BE ON TIME TO BE ADDMITTED TO CLASS, SIGN-IN, BE IN ATTENDANCE FOR AND ACTIVELY PARTICIPATE IN ALL INSTRUCTIONAL TIME TO RECEIVE CONTINUING EDUCATION CREDIT.
For Remote Courses:
STUDENTS ARE REQUIRED TO BE IN AN ENVIRONMENT CONDUCIVE TO LEARNING WHEN TAKING A LIVE REMOTE COURSE FOR CE CREDIT. YOU WILL NEED TO BE IN A QUIET LOCATION, FREE FROM DISTRACTIONS AND MUST BE ON CAMERA DURING ALL INSTRUCTIONAL PERIODS. STUDENTS ARE REQUIRED TO BE IN FULL-FACE VIEW AND STATIONARY. WE SUGGEST SITTING AT A DESK OR TABLE, SO YOU CAN BE VISIBLY ENGAGED DURING THE CLASS. THE INSTRUCTOR AND/OR MONITOR MUST BE ABLE TO MAINTAIN BOTH VISUAL AND AUDIO CONTACT AT ALL TIMES. STUDENTS ARE NOT PERMITTED TO ATTEND A CLASS USING A MOBILE DEVICE.
PLEASE LOGIN 10 TO 15 MINUTES BEFORE CLASS BEGINS TO ENSURE THAT YOU ARE ABLE TO RESOLVE ANY TECHNICAL ISSUES BEFORE CLASS BEGINS. STUDENTS MUST BE IN ATTENDANCE AND MEET THE ABOVE REQUIREMENTS ONCE CLASS BEGINS TO RECEIVE CE CREDITS FOR THE COURSE.
