Thomas Higgins began his career in mortgage lending in 2000 and brings over two decades of experience to his role as a continuing education instructor. As the Education Exchange and Product Development Manager, Tom draws on a diverse background that includes Secondary Marketing, Business Process Development, Training, and Loan Origination. His broad expertise provides a well-rounded perspective on the evolving mortgage industry. In his current role with Lender Services, Tom works closely with credit vendors, fostering strong client relationships and maintaining a personal commitment to helping borrowers navigate and overcome credit challenges.
